team may head the planning and executions of any event. We work
behind-the-scenes running the event but sometimes we are also involved
in more than just the planning and execution, but also brand building,
marketing and promotions. Our
team members are people who are experts of different fields from the
creative side, technical and logistical elements that help an event
succeed. The
services or workloads may include: event or set designing; audio,
lights and visual production; event directing; scriptwriting;
logistics; budget planning; negotiations and purchasing; client
service; and other added tasks; depending on the event.
Our involvement on the preparation or stages of event management may include: ocular or site surveying, client calls or service, brief clarification, budget planning or drafting, cash flow management, supply chain identification, purchasing, scheduling, set or site design, technical design, security, crowd management, health & safety and other fields (depending on the requirements of event). ====================================================
